From June 12, 2017 to June 16, 2017, two auditors from TUV Rheinland conducted a 4.5-day IATF16949: 2016 renewal audit on our company, and the audit was approved.
At the last meeting of the audit, the audit team first affirmed our company's efforts in quality system management over the past year. For example, the audit teacher found that the process leaders attached great importance to the audit. The process leaders could clearly say Performance indicators for the responsible process. In order to enhance employees' safety awareness and improve the ability of emergency response, our company held the 2018 comprehensive emergency plan drill on June 22.
The first was an emergency evacuation drill. The simulated scenario was that a fire operator caused a "big fire" due to improper operation. After receiving the accident report, the general manager Liu Guozhi immediately organized the evacuation of the relevant departments. The fire brigade of the city was simulating the fire. The scene demonstrated how to correctly carry out the emergency rescue of fire accidents in the fire rescue, and finally controlled the "fire situation" with the cooperation of the company's rescue team. Next, special drills for electric shocks and mechanical injuries were conducted. The medical staff of the development zone hospitals gave a theoretical explanation of the emergency treatment of personal injury accidents, and the company's medical rescue team implemented ambulances on the scene of simulated injuries. With the end of the drill exercise of the hot metal turnover accident, General Manager Liu Guozhi summarized the entire exercise, affirmed the advantages of the exercise, and pointed out the shortcomings of our specific problems, and the exercise ended.
This exercise is a real integration of emergency plans from theoretical knowledge in books into practice.
